Mr. Mgbachi W.A. is a dealing clerk of the Nigeria Stock Exchange. Graduated from University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1986 where he studied Computer Science before joining NISSCO (an oil servicing company based in Warri, 1988 – 1990). A pioneer staff of Thomas Kingsley Securities Ltd. (Member of the Nigerian Stock exchange) as head capital Operations, Castle Investment Ltd. Owerri (Management Consultants) as the senior manager operations, from where he moved to Macliaize Trust & Sec. Co. Ltd (Members of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) as the General manager before joining Pinefields Investment Services Limited as the General manager /Chief Operating Officer. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
Mr. Nze Okechukwu Sylvester Ndubuisi, FCS is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, an authorized Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange with valid registration with the securities & Exchange Commission. He is an alumnus of Abia State University Uturu, majoring in Sociology. He worked with Allbond Investment Ltd (Broker/Dealer) from 1990 To April 2014 as a Supervisor and rose to the rank of a General Manager. In that capacity, he managed both retail and corporate client’s investments and was exposed to different workshops, seminars and mandatory trainings at the instance of Capital Market Regulators. He joined Pinefields Investment Services Ltd in July 2014 as a General Manager in charge of Owerri Branch.
Mr. Njemanze O.L. is an associate of the institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds an MBA Degree in (Marketing) from Imo state university Owerri. He is also an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. His professional career spanned through Seiripolous Adiele Opara & Co (Chartered Accountant), Abatex and J.Udeagbala Holdings Ltd Aba, Abia state. He has attended several courses and will bring his experience to bear on the administration of the Company.
Mr. Opara holds a H.N.D., Bsc. Degree in Banking & Finance and Accountancy respectively. He commenced his career in the banking industry where he worked for Commerce Bank Plc for several years before joining Pinefields Investment Services Limited as the Company’s Accountant. He is presently the Internal Auditor of the company. He is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
